To enable us to provide effective service, you agree to provide complete and accurate information about the property and the issue at hand. You must ensure our contractors have safe, unhindered access to the property at the scheduled time. Failure to provide access may result in cancellation fees.

4. Estimates, Billing, and Payments

Any estimates provided via website, phone, or email are initial approximations and do not constitute a final binding contract. Final pricing will be determined upon physical inspection or completion of the requested work. Payment is due upon completion of services unless a prior written agreement or property management contract is in place.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Maintenso reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to severe weather, technician unavailability, or unsafe working conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for the highest quality of work, Maintenso LLC shall not be held liable for any pre-existing conditions, underlying property damage, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claim relating to the services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for those specific services.
